ICE (a technical licensing service company established by PRS, STIM and GEMA) signed a LICENSING DEAL WITH FACEBOOK. It aims to ensure music rights holders, including songwriters and composers, are accurately compensated for the use of their works. It covers Facebook, Instagram, Oculus and Messenger. ROBA is a main partner of ICE and ROBA’s technology directly ingests into ICE.
